HAKURYU – EarthCARE Immersive Installation

Hakuryu is a pioneering audiovisual installation based on the EarthCARE mission – reimagining the satellite as a dragon soaring through clouds, singing a message of care and stewardship to planet Earth.

As the most advanced Earth Explorer launched to date, EarthCARE is equipped with cutting-edge instruments to deepen our understanding of our climate in new and unprecedented ways. Hakuryu transforms this scientific mission into an immersive experience, weaving EarthCARE’s data into a dynamic story of sound and light. This first-of-its-kind project invites audiences to witness climate science as a living narrative – where data becomes art, and a satellite becomes a dragon with a voice.
